In this recording Bill Wilson and Sister Ignatia speak at the Anniversary of St. Thomas Hospital on 6/20/1965. This was the last time that Sister Ignatia spoke at an AA celebration before her passing on April 1st, 1966.

There are several other speakers during this recording, Bill begins speaking 30:50 into the recording, and Sister Ignatia speaks at the 1:03:10 mark. Sister Ignatia was not at full strength at this time and only spoke for a few short minutes.
